At PlayersGoal™, we understand that University and School budgets are often tight and athletic departments are limited to how often they can make major equipment purchases. That’s why we offer the only warranty in the Northeast that guarantees no hidden freight or restocking charges and we’ll pay the pick-up/drop-off shipping charges on a warranty claim for the first three years!

Other manufacturers often hide hidden freight costs and make you pick up the tab for shipping the product back to the manufacturer for repairs. And with shipping costs on the rise, that’s unfair to the customer.

The PlayersGoal™ is a warranty you won’t find with other manufacturers and it’s because we believe in our products.

Our Three-Year Post-to-Post coverage and Limited Lifetime Warranty covers our full range of soccer, football, field hockey, lacrosse and rugby goals. Our nets are warranted for one year and our Integrated Net Clips are warranted for life. Other limitations do apply so please read the more detailed descriptions below for further information on this limited warranty.

Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the useful life of this product. In no case do we warrant any product’s safe and useful life to be greater than ten years and this warranty period begins on the original delivery date. This warranty does not cover components or parts determined by Sportsfield Specialties, Inc to be deficient due to normal wear, misuse, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance. Warranties on specific parts or components may vary and are subject to change without notice. Nets are warranted for a period of one year from the original delivery date.

Any parts and components thought to be defective must be returned to Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. for warranty consideration. Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. will be responsible for the expense of sending defective parts and components to Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. for warranty service as well as the expense for returning same after repair or replacement for a period of three(3) years from the original delivery date. Following this three(3) year period, the purchaser will be responsible for the expense of sending defective parts or components to Sportsfield Specialties for warranty service as well as the expense for returning same after repair or replacement. In all cases, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Sportsfield Specialties, Inc and clearly marked on all packages of parts requiring return to the factory.

This limited lifetime warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expresses or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and is subject to change without notice. This liability excludes incidental and consequential damages with respect to the sale or use of the items warranted.

Such incidental and consequential damages shall include but not be limited to: transportation charges other than normal freight charges; cost of installation other than cost approved by Sportsfield Specialties, Inc.; duty; taxes; charges from normal service or adjustment; loss of synthetic carpet or any other income, ; rental of substitute equipment, expenses due to loss, damage, detention or delay in delivery of equipment or parts resulting from the acts beyond the

1. If this product has been subjected to uses that it was not intended, vandalism, abuse, misuse, negligence, fire or other accident.

2. If parts or components not made by Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. have been used in connection with the unit and in the sole judgment of Sportsfield Specialties,
Inc. has or will affect its performance, stability or reliability.

3. If the unit has been altered or repaired in a manner that in the sole judgment of Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. affects its performance, stability, or reliability.

4. To parts or components whose replacement or repair is considered by Sportsfield Specialties Inc be part of normal maintenance, has an expected safe and
useful life less than ten years or has experienced a normal deterioration of exterior finish due to use or exposure.

5. To expendable or wear items that in the company’s sole judgment is a wear item.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
